Roscoe Morgan – Club Director

Our Club Director, Roscoe Morgan, is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a dual major in Education and Earth Sciences. He previously worked as an elementary school and adult education teacher, and a workforce education trainer with the Cleveland Municipal School District. He also spent three years with the Urban League of Cleveland as Director of Cuyahoga Countys’ YouthBuild Program. Mr. Morgan is currently working toward a Masters of Business Administration degree.

Jeff Haynes – Program Coordinator

Jeff brings seven years of experience with Boys & Girls Clubs to his position as Program Coordinator at HYC. After obtaining a degree in Sociology with a focus on youth development from Bowling Green, Jeff worked with Clubs in Syracuse, New York and Toledo, Ohio.

Jeff Jenkins - Youth Coordinator

Jeff is a former high school teacher and is currently Assistant Track Coach at Glenville High School. He has an Associate Degree in Recreation Administration.
